MELISSA RENEE

International resin, oil, water-media, and digital artist.  Growing up between two worlds, she was shaped by country living in the South, and sunny days spent at the beach in Southern California.  The ocean captivated her heart, inspiring the name fiery for deep blue.  Her love of the water is expressed in her ocean inspired resin paintings on wood panels.  It is the quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air” that guides Melissa’s artistic expression.
