SHARON GUNAWON

Sharon is a Malaysian-born, self taught, artist and surface pattern designer whose creative passion grew during the years of owning a textile business (Prairie Love Knits Inc.) in Canada while raising 4 little ones. During those years, her children, along with the simplicity of nature and wildlife became the constant source of her inspiration which lead to the birth of many of her unique handpainted designs. When she isn't creating, she is almost always somewhere with her family, soaking in the simple pleasures of life.
